There are numerous reasons why farmed food is thrown away–it is too small, too ugly, too irregular, or there is too much of it. The farmers from Yunlin County (雲林縣) will donate a days worth of fruit and vegetables destined for the dustbin, and Biteology will repurpose them into this food experiment.
